The friendly faces inside the Tasty Steaks trailer are Shawn, your cook, and Theresa, at the window. We each started our working lives in restaurants and have been dishwashers, servers, cooks, managers... you name it, we've done it! We met in a restaurant and realized that we're passionate about two things: our family and food!

Cheesesteaks: Shawn grew up in New Jersey and LOVES cheesesteaks. When you order one of our Texas Cheesesteaks or Hoagies, it will be an authentic Philly experience. The Amoroso rolls are imported from New Jersey, and we only serve them with real Ribeye Steak. Shawn hand-shaves it himself so he can guarantee the quality! Theresa is the stickler on the veggies, each bell pepper and onion is hand-picked and chopped fresh daily.
Burgers: We love a good burger and Shawn has come up with a tasty mixture of ground chuck, ground sirloin and blend of seasonings. Each burger is a full half pound of flavor on a brioche bun, topped with fresh lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. If you feel like personalizing that masterpiece, we've got cheeses, bacon, jalapeños, wing sauces... Yum!
Wings: We only buy the meatiest wings for our guests. We'll serve them up saucy in your favorite flavor or naked if you prefer!
100% All Beef Hotdogs: Served on a hoogie roll with your favorite red or green chile from Hatch New Mexicio.

Crinkle Cut Fries: The best texture for holding our fry seasoning and ketchup! Also astounding at holding the base for the steak fries (a true work of art) and cheese fries.
Corn Nuggets: Super-sweet corn fried into a nugget and served with our homemade Hot Honey Aioli!
